Maggie Grace, born Margaret Grace Denig on September 21, 1983 in Worthington Ohio, is an American actress. Maggie Grace is most well-known for her role as Shannon Rutherford and Kim Mills respectively on ABC's Lost television show. Originally from Worthington Ohio, she left high school in order to relocate to Los Angeles with her mother following her divorce from her parents. The actress landed her first part, as Rachel's Room's main character in 2001 despite struggling in the financial department. In the following year, she was awarded a Young Artist Award nomination in 2002 with her portrayal of 15-year-old murder victim Martha Moxley in the television film Murder in Greenwich. Grace Rutherford was the main actress on Lost in its two initial seasons. In 2004, she was awarded the Screen Actors Guild Award with the entire ensemble.
